Reputation.com is a leading product and service provider in the public relations industry. They wanted to ensure that a slow and outdated website didn’t tarnish their reputation. The small marketing team needed a partner who could help make the website align with their awesome product and become a constantly evolving driver of new business.
Solution
We replatformed the site from a DIY builder theme to improve the CMS experience. We embraced the efficiencies their new hosting platform Pantheon provides, allowing us to increase website reliability and performance. Leaning further into Pantheon workflows, we streamlined intake and introduced the iteration process and development workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors in deployment.

Using existing visuals and brand standards, we created a design system that would work in the WordPress Block Editor. We rebuilt the site leaning heavily on WordPress’s block system to both improve the administrative experience and reduce development costs. Redeveloping the site on the Pantheon hosting platform helped us gain speed, providing us a clean way to fully rebuild without disrupting the existing live site.

The WordPress Block Editor ensures a seamless user experience by maintaining consistent design and layout across desktop and mobile platforms. Its block-based structure allows users to create responsive content that automatically adapts to different screen sizes, eliminating the need for extensive manual adjustments.

Leveraging Pantheon’s multidev technology, we designed and developed the resource feature to scale with them as their content marketing needs expanded.

Through our work, we’ve improved site speed and reliability significantly, with a 99.98% uptime and 120% improvement on Core Web Vital scores. We have substantially improved the user experience through new layouts and feature additions.
