Sarah Ferrara, COLAB COO, Nominated for 2024 RVA Power Women Award in Leadership
Members of the COLAB team recently had the privilege of attending the 2024 RVA Power Women awards, an event dedicated to honoring influential women leaders within the Richmond community. Our attendance was particularly special as we gathered to celebrate Sarah Ferrara, our Chief Operating Officer, who was one of the nominees.

Spoiler alert, while Sarah was a finalist, she did not win, BUT her accomplishments at COLAB are worth celebrating nonetheless. We are incredibly proud of Sarah and all the women who were recognized at the RVA Power Women Awards. Their stories and achievements continue to inspire and drive us towards greater heights.
